All institutional data entered into DeeniConnect remains the property of the respective Maktab or organization.

Ferasa Technologies acts only as the service provider responsible for securely storing and processing the information necessary to deliver the platform.

5. Data Access

Access to information is controlled using role-based permissions.

Depending on assigned permissions, information may be accessed only by:

• Authorized Zone Administrators
• Authorized Centre Administrators
• Authorized Maktab Administrators
• Teachers
• Parents (where applicable)
• Students (where applicable)
• Authorized Ferasa Technologies support personnel when required for technical support or security investigations.

Users can access only the information permitted for their assigned role.

6. Data Sharing

Ferasa Technologies does not:

• After this period, Ferasa Technologies may permanently delete the data.

Deleted information may not be recoverable.

Before permanent deletion, the authorized institution may request an export of its own data, subject to identity verification and applicable policies.

Export formats and processing timelines are determined by Ferasa Technologies.

Authorized users may request:

• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Updating account information.
• Export of institutional data (subject to authorization).
• Deletion where permitted by applicable law and organizational policies.

Requests may be submitted through the official support channels.

13. Children's Information

DeeniConnect is designed for educational institutions.

Student information is collected and managed by authorized educational institutions.

Parents and guardians may access only the information made available to them by the respective institution.

14. Third-Party Services

Certain platform features rely on trusted third-party service providers, including services for:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure

Ferasa Technologies is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party service providers.
