These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of DeeniConnect, including Zone Administrators, Centre Administrators, Maktab Administrators, Teachers, Parents, Students, and other authorized users.

By accessing or using DeeniConnect, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeeniConnect ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. About DeeniConnect

DeeniConnect is an independent cloud-based software platform developed and owned by Ferasa Technologies for managing Maktabs, Centres, and Zones.

The platform provides tools for student management, attendance, examinations, fee management, communication, reporting, and other educational administration functions.

3. Authorized Users

Access to DeeniConnect is restricted to authorized users, including:

  • Zone Administrators
  • Centre Administrators
  • Maktab Administrators
  • Teachers
  • Parents
  • Students
  • Other users authorized by their respective organization.

Users may only access information and perform actions permitted for their assigned role.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Provide accurate and authorized information.
  • Use the platform only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
  • Respect the privacy of other users.
  • Promptly report any suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.

Users must not:

  • Share accounts or passwords.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the software.
  • Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
  • Interfere with the normal operation or security of DeeniConnect.

5. Intellectual Property

DeeniConnect, including its software, branding, logos, source code, database structure, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Ferasa Technologies.

No part of the platform may be copied, modified, reverse engineered, redistributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

6. Data & Privacy

Institutional data remains the property of the respective organization.

Ferasa Technologies stores and processes information solely for providing the DeeniConnect service.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the DeeniConnect Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

Ferasa Technologies strives to provide reliable service. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Force majeure events

Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ferasa Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, DeeniConnect.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information entered into the platform.

9. Suspension & Termination

Ferasa Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Misuse the platform.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Share login credentials.
  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Disrupt the service for other users.

Suspension or termination resulting from policy violations does not entitle the user to any refund where applicable.

10. Changes to the Service

Ferasa Technologies may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features of DeeniConnect whenever reasonably necessary to maintain the security, stability, or functionality of the platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.

The latest version will always be available on the DeeniConnect website.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of DeeniConnect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
